Pick Up Golf
Many people when they are beginning to pick up golf spend more time
perfecting their golf swing than discovering any other single skill for
golf. You should also expect to have this same need, after all a
terrible golf swing will result in poor playing skills while a stable
and refined swing will make you highly successful.

I won't be able to answer your question as stated but I am answering anyways because I feel a training device isn't the best way to go. The best thing to do is get a membership at a golf club and takes lessons with the pro. The club house should have a pro who can do one-on-one lessons for a fair price (free with some memberships). Devices simply can not vocalize any problems you are having. If getting lessons is not an option and your a student, take a golf course at your school or college. If this isnt an option then I would recomend getting a reputable video from Golfers Digest. Hope this helps. |

Every person has a different skill level and athletic ability. How long have you been playing golf? How old are you? There are several golf magazines you can subscribe to but you may want to go to your local golf course and get lessons from the club pro. He/ she can recommend a plan that best suits your game. |

Personally i dont use swing training devices, i dont think they work. A better way to spend your money is to get lessons from a Pro, that will help you in the long run a lot more, and get them to give you tips so you can practice on your own. |

Lessons are a good start. If looking for devices I was told by my pro the best training device is a full lentgh mirror. You can practice your set up in it, and see if you hips, shoulders, etc are aligned the way they should be. hope this helps... |

Medicus..No Question about it.. It breaks if your swinging incorrectly and you can hit balls with it if you want. Creates a nice tempo and smooth swing and is good for golfers that score from 80 and up! |
