Pick Up Golf
Many people when they are beginning to pick up golf spend more time
perfecting their golf swing than discovering any other single skill for
golf. You should also expect to have this same need, after all a
terrible golf swing will result in poor playing skills while a stable
and refined swing will make you highly successful.
Question: Ladies golf clubs in reasonable price range?
(Posted by: Vintage Girl on 2009-07-01 14:38:04)
I am just beginning to golf. I have lessons set up and although these are the first lessons I've taken I have golfed before and enjoyed it very much! I'm simply trying to remove bad habits, learn the correct ones, and learn enough to be able to go out on my own at least once or twice a week during the summer. I'm planning to purchase golf clubs and my main two interests are quality and appearance. I want to invest in a nice set of golf clubs that I won't have to replace as I get better. Not a beginner's set, nothing cheap in quality. I'm willing to spend up to $500. I'm hoping to purchase a set as a whole, and not individual clubs, and something with style. I don't know much yet about which golf club to choose for each swing (the difference between a wood, etc.). If anyone can tell me a good set of clubs that is in my price range and is what I'm looking for that would be great. Any information on the different types of clubs would be awesome too, or even any good club brands would work. Thanks!

Hi there, great to see you're getting into golf! I've golfed since I was 16, and it's such an awesome sport. Tour Edge is a great golf brand with very reliable clubs, and I'm in love with the women's club sets. The bags come in either blue argyle or pink argyle, they're so pretty, and I'm a big fan of the performance of Tour Edge clubs. You can get a complete set of Tour Edge women's clubs for about $500 at njgolfman.com/ toedwomochpa.html - they'll last you for years. The set comes with: - 400cc titanium driver - Fairyway woods - 3 wood, 5 wood - Hybrids - #5 hybrid, #6 hybrid, #7 hybrid - Irons - 8 iron/ 9 iron/ PW/ SW Enjoy, and happy golfing!

A3 OS Irons Women's 8pc Adams Golf Adams a3 OS Irons - Women's 8pc Set, With the Adams Golf Idea a3OS 8-piece set, it's never been easier to play golf with clubs tailored to fit your skill level and your busy schedule. $399 These clubs are easy enough to hit for a beginner yet allow you to grow into them as an intermediate player. High handicappers need all the help you can get to get the ball off the ground. The oversized golf irons offered by most all manufactures is the way to go. The larger “sweet spot” and cavity back design allows you to get the golf ball off the ground and going in the right direction.

Try Ladies-golf-clubs.com its a site that makes the same clubs as nike, callaway, and taylormade but without the brand name. they are great quality clubs and they are very cheap. for a great set on the site it will range from $250-$500. These sets are usually 4 iron-SW with a Driver (1 wood), 3 Wood, and a 5 wood and a putter of course. Sometimes they will come with the same woods as i mentioned before but instead of 4 iron- SW it will be 5 iron- SW with a 4 hybrid.
