Pick Up Golf
Many people when they are beginning to pick up golf spend more time
perfecting their golf swing than discovering any other single skill for
golf. You should also expect to have this same need, after all a
terrible golf swing will result in poor playing skills while a stable
and refined swing will make you highly successful.

Pretty sure it was Mickey Wright. Bobby had the old style flat hickory shaft swing, Hogan was much more upright. Annika wasn't even born when Hogan was in his prime, and her swing while extremely effective is not very classic looking. Mo Norman is known as the best ball-striker ever, but I don't know what his swing looks like. Mickey was of the same era as Hogan and her swing about as classic as it gets. |

My guess would be that it would be Mo Norman. Tiger Woods quoted that he wished he could own his swing as Ben Hogan and Mo Norman could. |

I've read this before. It seems like Mickey Wright is the answer. |

It seems out of character for Hogan to compliment anyone. However I know Harvey Penick was Mickey Wright's instructor and he said in all his books that Mickey Wright possessed the best golf swing he'd ever seen. I know that Hogan had a lot of respect for Mr. Penick and they were both from Texas. So my guess will be Mickey Wright. |
